Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Oversee Administration & Facilities Management functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations across infrastructure, maintenance, housekeeping, security, transport, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor facility upkeep, preventive maintenance schedules, statutory compliance, and service quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Manage vendor contracts, AMCs, budget tracking, expense control, and preparation of MIS reports related to admin and facility functions.
- Coordinate and provide adminisftrative support for Expat employees, including documentation, travel coordination, accommodation arrangements, and general assistance as required.
- Support Canteen Operations Management, including vendor coordination, hygiene monitoring, service quality checks, and cost tracking (as a supporting responsibility).

- Assist in the development, implementation, and periodic review of administrative policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless administrative and operational support.
