Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials & Risk Management Consultant with 9+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Financials, Oracle Risk Management Cloud, implementation, enhancement and production support.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials and Risk Management Cloud, with hands-on experience in security, controls, SoD and financial business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead/participate in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, enhancement and AMS/support activities.
• Work on GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Intercompany, Tax and Subledger Accounting.
• Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment and hypercare.
• Implement and support Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
• Work extensively on:
• Advanced Access Controls (AAC)
• Advanced Financial Controls (AFC)
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Access Certification
• Risk & Control monitoring
• Define and maintain SoD policies, Risk & Control Matrices (RACM) and financial controls.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, incident management, problem management, RCA and SLA management.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Assess Oracle quarterly releases and coordinate regression testing and impact analysis.
• Work closely with Finance, Internal Audit, IT Security, business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support integrations with Procurement, Projects, HCM, EPM, Banking and third-party applications.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts and training materials as required.

Mandatory Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Oracle Financials / Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.
• Strong experience in Oracle Risk Management Cloud.
• Experience with Advanced Access Controls and Advanced Financial Controls.
• Strong understanding of SoD, Access Certification and Risk & Controls.
• Experience in Oracle Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, Cash Management and Fixed Assets.
• Experience in implementation and production support.
• Good understanding of financial controls and Finance business processes.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with FBDI, OTBI and BI reporting.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly upgrades/releases.
• Knowledge of integrations with Procurement, Projects, HCM, EPM and Banking.
• Oracle Risk Management Cloud certification.
• Experience working with Oracle Support/Oracle SRs.
