Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Role Summary:

We are seeking a technically adept and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our cloud-based data solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for data ingestion, transformation, and analysis, ensuring data quality and providing ongoing support for our solutions across multiple markets. While not responsible for building machine learning models, the Data Analyst must understand the underlying logic and work closely with Data Scientists to enhance and improve model performance when necessary. This role also involves managing the maintenance of current solutions, ensuring stability and reliability, and acting as the primary point of contact for day-to- day support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Analysis Collect, consolidate, and ingest data from various sources into Google Cloud Storage (GCS).
• Monitor and maintain data pipelines, ensuring timely and accurate data processing through ETL workflows.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to guarantee data integrity across datasets.
• Work collaboratively with Data Scientists to understand the logic behind machine learning models and support improvements when needed.
• Generate actionable insights and reports with strong excel and Powerpoint skills. Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) will be a plus.

Project Management & Maintenance

• Manage the maintenance and ongoing support of solutions in existing markets.
• Ensure stability and reliability by promptly addressing issues in data pipelines, models, and dashboards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for markets, handling day-to-day support requests and ensuring high levels of service.
• Collaborate with the onshore team to align maintenance efforts with broader project goals and timelines.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of maintenance activities, issues resolved, and upcoming improvements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts, to enhance data solution.
• Participate in regular reviews and discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment on data requirements and deliverable
• Support documentation efforts by maintaining updated records of data processes, pipelines, and troubleshooting guide

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, with hands-on experience in cloud-based solutions, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation
• Experience with ETL tools and data pipeline orchestration in cloud environment.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and the ability to understand model logic and output
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python or R, for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and creating dashboards for stakeholder
