Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle management of robotic process automation solutions from initiation to handover
• 
  Ensure client stakeholders are managed effectively & updated on progress, with risks and issues managed.
• Monitoring all aspects of the project lifecycle
• Ensuring our robotic process project documentation is fit for purpose and of a consistently high standard across engagements.
• Release management, scope management, and change management.
• Risk, issue management and resolution
• Communication and effective relationship management with vendor partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders (Business, IT)
• Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
• Supports projects across the project lifecycle from current state documentation, gap analysis, requirements gathering, future state design, testing, training, and implementation across the organizational, process, technology, and data dimensions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and work internally across Partners advisory teams to help bring our clients the most comprehensive, end-to-end digital transformation services to effectively address their business challenges.
• Bring strong analytical and communication skills (written as well as verbal). Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5+ year of UiPath Implementation experience

  Get Hired
  Certified in Ui Path (UiARD)
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to discuss complex technical topics with customers, engineers, and partners.
• Self-starter with strong creative problem-solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of DevOps and other Support Help Desk Software
• Experience with requirement gathering and analysis.
• Experience with code maintenance and defect triage
• Experience in agile methodology is a plus.
• Experience in UiPath Automation Software Tool is a Must.
