Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Lead Generation team member, primarily based in Ludhiana with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers for loan products through calls, messages, and digital outreach, and maintaining accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the companys systems. The team member will provide clear information about loan options, eligibility, and documentation requirements, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for processing. Daily tasks also include following up with interested prospects, meeting lead generation targets, and sharing customer feedback to improve services. The role requires consistent, professional communication and a strong focus on customer experience and ethical conduct.
