Associate Manager -Rotary Printing (Shift Supervisor)

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee rotary printing production, ensuring both quality and quantity targets are achieved.
  
• Manage colour matching and maintain consistent colour standards.
  
• Ensure all departmental SOPs are followed.
  
• Handle and supervise manpower effectively.
  
  
• Independently operate and manage three rotary printing machines.
  
• Coordinate rotary production along with colour service/colour kitchen operations.
  
• Monitor and control production in the after-process areas.
  

Professional Exposure & Skills:

• Knowledge of various printing techniques.
  
• Strong understanding of quality control.
  
• Expertise in colour matching and machine operation.
  
• Costing and production planning experience.
  
• Ability to deliver production with quality and quantity targets (OTIF).
  
• Experience working on new cost-saving and efficiency-improvement projects.
