Group Leader- Mechanical Maintenance

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 12 years of experience to lead our mechanical maintenance team at Asahi India Glass Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and leadership.

• Oversee the development and implementation of mechanical maintenance strategies to ensure optimal plant performance.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• 
  Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in mechanical maintenance processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and equipment procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in all aspects of mechanical maintenance activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance leadership roles, preferably in the glass industry.
