Alongside an essential recruitment scope of about 10-15 hires per year, youll own the end‑to‑end hiring process and ensure a strong experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles across multiple business units, from intake to their first day.

Create and update HR dashboards and reports using Workday and Power BI to help provide clear information for HR and business leaders.

Talent Acquisition:

1–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, either in-house or agency.

1+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR consulting, or HR data roles.
