Job Description
- You are a highly analytical and detail-oriented technical business analyst comfortable working in the US Eastern Time Zone, sought by ASEC Engineers, a Verdantas Company, to join the Global Infrastructure & Cloud Operations team. Your main responsibility will involve documenting the current and future state of the IT environment, collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, create system diagrams, and define operational processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of current and future state infrastructure, including network diagrams, system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and process documentation.
- Supporting infrastructure and cloud-related projects by providing clear documentation and analysis.
- Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on infrastructure changes.

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, along with at least 5 years of experience as a technical business analyst or in an infrastructure documentation role. Proficiency in diagramming and documentation tools, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical abilities are essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms, familiarity with IT governance frameworks, and knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks. Key competencies required for this role include attention to detail, technical curiosity, stakeholder management, process orientation, adaptability, and initiative.
