Marketing And Public Relations Specialist

ASG Eye Hospitals is looking for a hands-on PR Manager to own agency performance, media placements, and brand narrative — driving visibility as the group grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship with ASGs PR agency; set targets, review output, and hold the agency accountable to a defined scorecard.
• Drive a consistent pipeline of byline articles for group leadership in business, trade, and health media, tied to the companys growth.
• Track and report share of voice against competitors across media and digital mentions
• Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and editors across business, healthcare, and trade press
• Coordinate PR support for major company milestones
• Partner with the YouTube/content function to align PR narrative with video and digital content output
• Manage crisis/reactive PR situations with speed and sound judgment
• Report monthly on PR output against scorecard metrics to the ASG leadership

Ideal Background

• 6–8 years in PR, with at least 2–3 years managing agencies from the client/brand side
• Demonstrated track record of securing tier-1 media placements and executive bylines
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and able to translate PR value in business terms
• Strong bias for output and follow-through over process; low tolerance for excuses, whether from the agency or internally
