Head - Talent Acquisition - IT Infrastructure/Networking

1. Lead Talent Acquisition:
Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function for all technical and non-technical hiring across the organization.
2. Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract talent in System Integration, Data Centre, Cloud, Cyber Security, Networking, Enterprise Infrastructure, and Managed Services.
3. Talent Pipeline:
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles such as Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Sales, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and Service Engineers.

4. Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner with Business Heads and Delivery Leaders to understand manpower plans and ensure timely hiring against business requirements.
5. Channel Management:
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, employee referral programs, and social media sourcing channels.
6. Hiring Initiatives:
Drive campus hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring initiatives while creating succession pipelines for critical roles.
7. Onboarding and Engagement:
Work closely with HR Operations and Business Leaders to ensure smooth onboarding, joining formalities, and early employee engagement.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 8 - 12 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 35 years leading a recruitment team.
- Mandatory experience in hiring for System Integrators, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Data Centre organizations.
- Strong understanding of OEM ecosystem hiring.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Experience in handling high-volume as well as niche technical hiring.
