Senior Manager - Human Resource - Talent Acquisition & Management - IT

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, leadership, and sales positions.
- Drive hiring for senior technology roles across Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber Security, Data Centre, Networking, and Managed Services domains.
- Recruit sales professionals across Account Management, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Pre-Sales, and Leadership levels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through multiple sourcing channels, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

- Conduct talent mapping and competitor benchmarking within the IT and System Integration industry.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and support strategic hiring projects.
Desired Profile
- 8-15 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the System Integrator, IT Services, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber Security, or Technology Solutions industry.
- Strong experience hiring senior technical professionals and sales teams.
- Extensive network within the IT Infrastructure and System Integration talent market.
- Proven ability to close niche and leadership-level positions.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Background:
Candidates from System Integrators, IT Infrastructure Companies, Cloud Service Providers, Cyber Security Firms, Technology Solution Providers, or IT Services organizations will be preferred.
