Job Description
- As a Junior Recruiter in our company, your primary responsibility will be to assess our hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications tailored to our requirements. You should have experience in hiring blue-collar employees and maintain a substantial database of manpower supplying agencies across Karnataka. Your role will involve designing and implementing recruitment strategies, researching hiring trends, and sourcing talented candidates through various channels such as events, advertising, and databases.
Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, manpower agencies, and recruitment networks. Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates, and managing administrative tasks like updating recruitment databases and applicant documentation will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you should be willing to travel within and around Karnataka to expand our network and contacts.
To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 1+ years of experience in HR recruitment, specifically in the food industry or FMCG sector. A sound understanding of the recruitment process, strong marketing and advertising abilities, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and effective networking abilities are essential. Keeping up to date with recruitment practices and trends is crucial for this role.
