Job Description
- Job Location - ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
- Salary Budget - 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 lpa
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance finalization, salary inputs, statutory deductions (PF/ESI), and monthly payroll generation through Farvision ERP. Experienced in the complete Farvision HR Module including Attendance, Leave Management, Employee Master, Salary Processing, and HR Reports. Coordinating directly with the Head HR for day-to-day HR Admin operations at the site level. Maintaining accurate manpower data, daily attendance, leave registers, and ensuring proper monthly reconciliation for payroll. Handling on-site HR Administration functions including documentation, onboarding support, vendor coordination, and compliance monitoring. Ensuring timely and error-free salary cycle closure while maintaining audit-ready HR records. Supporting recruitment coordination and providing HR operational assistance for project/site requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR or similar role. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
- BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
