Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant at our TATA MOTORS DEALERSHIP, you will play a vital role in contributing to the implementation of marketing strategies. Working closely with the marketing manager, you will oversee the department's operations and support in organizing and attending marketing activities or events to enhance brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include planning advertising and promotional campaigns across various media platforms, such as social media and print, to effectively promote our products and services.
To ensure the success of these activities, you will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, evaluating the outcomes using relevant metrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing marketing materials, overseeing their distribution, and conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth and promotion. Working alongside managers, you will also assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.

The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in customer service and vehicle repair estimation, along with a basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and repair processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. The role requires you to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs is also necessary.
