Role Overview:
- The Marketing Head at Asia-Pacific Institute of Management will be responsible for developing and executing the institute's overall marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, attract prospective students, and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
- This role involves leading a team of marketing professionals, managing the marketing budget, and collaborating with various departments to achieve enrollment and brand objectives.
- The Marketing Head will play a pivotal role in shaping the institute's image and ensuring its continued growth and success in the competitive education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the institute's overall goals and objectives to increase brand awareness and student enrollment.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to various marketing channels and activities to maximize ROI.
- Oversee all marketing communications, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, and advertising, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events to attract prospective students and engage with alumni and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and other relevant organizations to enhance the institute's reputation and visibility.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in marketing activities.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and student enrollment.
- Proven expertise in brand management, marketing communications, digital marketing, and public relations.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with the ability to allocate resources effectively and track ROI.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- A Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
