Job Overview

As a Profile Data Setup Analyst, you will play a key role in configuring, analysing, and managing product data for our customers. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate, optimized, and timely data setup in the Company. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and continuously learning.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer product configurations and convert them into structured, accurate data

Configure and maintain product profiles, components, and accessories as per customer rules and industry standards

Analyse data, identify inconsistencies, and ensure high-quality outputs for accurate quoting and production

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Development, Support) to deliver complete and validated setups on time

Provide guidance, training, and documentation to internal teams and customers as required

Identify process improvements and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Support escalated cases related to data accuracy or configuration issues

Ensure timely delivery of tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality

Required Qualifications

35 years of experience in a data-focused role

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline

Experience working with product data structures and product lifecycle processes

Ability to translate complex product information into structured data elements

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or comparable data tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

Prior exposure to ERP/CPQ/Manufacturing systems is a plus.

Knowledge of the window and door (fenestration) industry is an added advantage.
