What role you will play in team: Provide first and second level technical support to customers resolving technical issues.

Key responsibility:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Document support cases accurately
- Maintain knowledge base articles
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Knowledge of various operating systems and applications
