Job Description
What role you will play in team: Provide first-line technical support to clients experiencing issues with our software products. You will be the voice of the company for technical issues, offering timely and effective resolutions.
What you will do: Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely, guiding users through troubleshooting steps and providing solutions. You will also document issues and solutions for future reference.
Key responsibility:

- Document all support interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support engineers as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in providing technical support (0-1 year).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of software troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in using remote access and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
