Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidding & Email Marketing Executive to join our growing team. If you have experience with Upwork proposals, lead generation, international sales, or email marketing and want to build a long-term career in business development, wed love to hear from you.

• Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year
• WHAT YOULL DO
• ● Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects across web development, WordPress, WooCommerce, UI/UX, MERN Stack, SEO, and digital marketing.
• ● Write personalized, high-converting proposals that win client interviews.
• ● Track proposal performance and continuously improve bidding strategies.
• ● Build targeted prospect lists and execute cold email outreach campaigns.
• ● Manage follow-ups, monitor campaign performance, and help generate qualified leads.
• ● Drive international sales through outbound prospecting and relationship building with overseas clients.
• ● Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and set up qualified sales meetings.
• ● Identify upselling opportunities within existing client accounts to grow account value.
• ● Recommend complementary services through cross-selling to maximize client lifetime value.
• WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
• ● Excellent written English and communication skills.
• ● Basic understanding of Upwork Bidding, WordPress, SEO, Lead Generation and Email Marketing.
• ● Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
• ● A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• ● Prior experience in international sales and cold calling is a strong plus.
• ● Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell services to existing or prospective clients.
