• Experience: Minimum 13 years in Healthcare Operations, including at least 5 years in HCC coding leadership.
• Certification: Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing large, diverse teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of HCC coding guidelines, compliance standards, and healthcare regulations.
  
• Lead and manage HCC coding operations, ensuring adherence to defined service levels and coding standards.

--> Assistant Vice President - Medical Coding

• Experience: 18+ years of progressive experience in medical coding and revenue cycle operations such as ED,E/M(IP&OP),Surgery, Multispecialty, HCC etc.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership or client-facing role.
• Certification: CPC, CCS, RHIA, RHIT, or CRC is required.
