Business Enablement Specialist-NRI

Role Overview:

• Develop the NRI ecosystem at AssetPlus
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth onboarding, transactions, and reporting for NRIs.
• Build sales enablement initiatives to help partners acquire and grow their NRI business.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of initiatives and activities.
• Drive tangible and sustainable growth of the NRI business as per company-defined metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in business development, wealth management, or partner/channel enablement roles within the financial services or fintech space.
• Strong understanding of NRI investment regulations, financial products, and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and convert them into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skill
