In this role, you will lead the development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration and customization for clients. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting complex Salesforce challenges and providing top-notch training and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their Supply Chain Management needs and objectives, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into comprehensive Oracle HCM Cloud solutions aligned with client goals.
Solution Design: Develop robust and tailored Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, designing end-to-end HCM processes.
Configuration and Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, customizing solutions to meet specific client needs.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure all functional and performance requirements are met.
Training and Documentation: Provide training on Oracle HCM Cloud functionality and create user-friendly documentation for clients.
Change Management: Assist clients in managing change within their organizations and ensure a smooth transition to Oracle HCM Cloud.
Troubleshooting: Act as a subject matter expert in identifying and resolving complex financial issues promptly.
Best Practices: Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud best practices and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements for efficiency and productivity.
Pre-sales and CoE Contribution: Contribute to pre-sales efforts through differentiated solution offerings and asset creation for marketplace differentiation.
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience with Oracle ERP

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to new projects
