Job Title: Team Lead - Client & Market Research

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Director- Data Analytics

Position Summary:

- The Team Lead Client & Market Research at AstaGuru will oversee the Client & Market

Research team, driving high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting to support strategic business initiatives.

- With a strong foundation in data analytics and over 10 years of experience, the Team Lead will ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of all research outputs. This role involves managing a team of analysts, streamlining research processes, and translating complex data into actionable insights and visually engaging presentations for leadership.

- The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in data tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software, and data visualization platforms), strong communication and team management skills, and a proven ability to guide data-driven decision-making at a senior level.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research to gather relevant data from various sources.

- Utilize databases, spreadsheets, and statistical software to organize and analyze data.

- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations based on your analysis.

- Present complex information in an understandable and visually appealing manner.

- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and validity throughout the research process.

- Manage and lead the team to ensure effective collaboration, high performance, and achievement of organizational goals.

- Familiarity with lead generation & verification platforms (eg., Easy Leadz, Rocket Reach)

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related

field.

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in data research, analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Knowledge of auction spaces, premium customer databases is preferred.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
