• Prepare the IMS for delivery with the help of PPC
• Prepare production plans based on forecast given by BD team
• Prepare/release weekly production plans and ensure for on time completion
• Prepare report on daily, weekly and monthly production MIS reports
• Ensure Plan vs actual completion as per production plan
• Monitor WIP aging and closure on-time
• Preparation and release of Recovery plan in case of slippage
