Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Approach cold leads, explain to them our software solutions, and bring them to closure.
- Closing leads generated through Cold Calling, Targeted Email Campaigns.
- Social media skills and up-to-date knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc., for lead generation.
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads, potential new markets, growth areas, trends, products, and services.
- Cultivate, build and manage relationships with clients.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients and negotiating and renegotiating with them over the phone, email, and in-person.
- Building, managing and reporting on sales pipeline
- Maintaining daily sales and productivity records.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience working in retail will be an added advantage.

- Successful previous experience in IT (software of sale solutions), consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Possessing a strong knowledge of Zoho CRM is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
