Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laptop Service Technician located in Gwalior. The Laptop Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of laptops, conducting troubleshooting as needed, and providing field service support to customers. Daily tasks will also include diagnosing hardware and software issues, offering customer service, and ensuring that all repairs are performed efficiently and effectively.

• Skills in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting
• Field Service experience and Customer Service skills
