Role Summary

Asymbl is redefining Go-to-Market operations, and we are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter who does more than fill seats.

This role sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition and Product Innovation. You will lead high-velocity hiring efforts when needed, while also serving as Customer Zero for Asymbls internal recruiting and AI tools. As a primary power user, you will actively test AI agents and recruiting workflows, providing direct, actionable feedback to our Product and AI teams to help shape the technology powering our platform.

This is an ideal role for a recruiter who is both execution-focused and deeply curious about systems, automation, and how recruiting can be reimagined through AI.

Responsibilities:

1. High-Velocity Talent Acquisition

  • Execute Massive Hiring Sprints: Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for high-volume roles, utilizing scalable strategies to meet surge demands without compromising quality.
  • Pipeline Orchestration: Manage dynamic candidate pipelines, ensuring a seamless experience for hundreds of candidates simultaneously through organized workflows.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and our own AI-driven systems to automate prospecting and outbound engagement.

2. Product & AI Feedback Loop

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner directly with the Product and AI teams to provide constant, detailed feedback on the efficacy of our AI agents and recruiting platforms.
  • Feature Enhancement: Translate daily recruiting pain points into actionable insights for the engineering team to drive product enhancements and UI/UX improvements.
  • AI Agent Optimization: Monitor the performance of AI agents in real-world scenarios, identifying gaps in logic or workflow to help train the system for better accuracy.

3. Operational Testing & QA

  • Customer Zero Testing: rigorous testing of new features, workflows, and automations before they are released to the broader market.
  • Workflow Validation: Design and execute test scenarios (POCs) to validate new AI-driven process improvements within the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Bug Reporting: Systematically document and report bugs or inefficiencies discovered during the hiring process to ensure continuous operational refinement.

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or AI startup environment.
  • Volume Expertise: Proven track record of managing mass hiring phases, handling high requisition loads with speed and precision.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong proficiency with ATS platforms, CRMs, and AI automation tools. Experience with tools like Salesforce, Clay, or n8n is a strong plus.
  • Product Mindset: A unique ability to look at tools not just as a user, but as a tester. You enjoy breaking things to make them better and have excellent analytical skills.
  • Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical feedback clearly to engineers and product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
