Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process for all functions and levels.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics and performance dashboards.
- Drive the full-cycle recruitment strategy covering white-collar, blue-collar, industrial, and campus hiring.
- Identify, source, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple channels.
- Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Plan and conduct interviews, ensuring timely closure of open positions (TAT compliance).
- Partner with hiring managers to design recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planning.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and best recruitment techniques.
Preferred candidate profile
Education:MBA (Human Resources)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
