Job Description
- As an Employer-of-Record (EOR) provider, you will be responsible for offering HR and compliance infrastructure essential for companies to expand internationally. Your role will involve taking care of complex behind-the-scenes work to allow companies to focus on their success strategies. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Being immediately available and open to a contract role.
- Holding a Bachelor's degree with major coursework in Finance, HR management, Business Administration, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Demonstrating strong fluency in English and possessing good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Showcasing experience in problem-solving within cross-functional or matrix teams.
- Being organized with a strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, multitask, and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Being a seasoned IT and systems user with the ability to quickly grasp/develop system input needs.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Immediate availability and openness to a contract role.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
