Build the Growth Engine for the Next Generation of Technology

A fast-growing technology organization is looking for a Head - Performance & Growth Marketing to build and scale its demand engine across Web3, Blockchain, AI, Enterprise Technology and Digital Assets.

This is not a traditional marketing role. It is an opportunity for a builder who can take businesses from early-stage growth to scale, create new acquisition channels, sharpen positioning, and directly influence revenue.

What You'll Own :

• Own end-to-end Performance Marketing, Growth and Demand Generation across multiple products and business lines.
• Build and scale multi-channel growth across Paid Media, Organic, ABM, Partnerships, Communities and AI-led discovery.
• Drive AEO/GEO strategies to improve brand and product visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and emerging AI platforms.
• Build a strong experimentation culture - testing hypotheses, channels, messaging and audiences to identify scalable growth levers.
• Own the complete funnel from acquisition - activation - MQL - SQL - revenue.
• Drive marketing automation, attribution, analytics and funnel optimisation.
• Own key growth metrics including CAC, ROAS, ROI, conversion, pipeline contribution and marketing efficiency.
• Partner closely with Founders, Product, Sales and Business teams to translate business goals into high-impact growth strategies.
• Build the right team, agency/vendor ecosystem and operating model to scale marketing capabilities in-house.
• Manage budgets and continuously optimise marketing investments based on measurable business outcomes.

• 10+ years in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or a closely related role.
• Industry background is flexible. Strong preference for candidates from :
• Web3 | Blockchain | AI | SaaS | FinTech | B2B Tech | Developer Platforms | Digital Assets
• But hardware, industrial technology, gaming, cybersecurity, consumer technology and other niche/emerging industries are absolutely relevant if you have demonstrated strong growth ownership.
• The industry matters less than your ability to understand a complex product, identify the right audience, build demand and create measurable business growth.
