Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition will own the full recruitment cycle for a fast-growing HR team, partnering with business leaders to secure top talent across multiple functions. This hands-on role blends sourcing expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven process improvement to elevate hiring outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals and niche channels to build pipelines for critical roles.
• Lead the end-to-end hiring process, from requirement gathering and candidate assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, talent availability updates and recommendations to refine role profiles.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, track key metrics and drive continuous improvements to reduce time-to-hire.
• Collaborate with the employer branding team to create talent campaigns and nurture candidate communities.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in RPO, search firms or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and senior stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics and data visualization tools.
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping and candidate engagement capabilities across diverse functional areas.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
