Director of Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales to lead the commercial vision of the resort. This role will be instrumental in driving pre-opening and operational sales performance, positioning Stillwood Retreat as a premier luxury destination in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the overall sales strategy across rooms, events, and leisure segments
  • Drive revenue growth through strong market positioning and targeted business development initiatives
  • Develop and manage key accounts, partnerships, and distribution channels
  • Spearhead pre-opening sales initiatives including market mapping, brand positioning, and team setup
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team aligned with brand objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a cohesive commercial approach

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

    Minimum 12+ years of experience in luxury hospitality sales
  • At least 34 years in a leadership role within a resort or luxury hotel environment
  • Proven experience in pre-opening projects is essential
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and market share
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
