This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Manager of Ecosystem and Partnerships at Batoi Systems. The job involves building and nurturing partnerships with technology providers, system integrators, and clients to foster ecosystem growth. Responsibilities include identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and running joint programs to drive business development. Collaboration with internal teams, market research, and monitoring partnership performance to optimize value are essential day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Partnership Management, and Strategic Planning skills to establish and maintain robust stakeholder relationships.
• Market Research and Data Analysis skills to identify new business opportunities and optimize partnership performance.
• Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills to facilitate agreements and represent the company effectively in external engagements.
