Analyst - Financial Planning And Reporting 1

Key Responsiblities:-

• Supporting financial planning process for Country in accordance with global standards, timelines, and templates, in collaboration with Country management team. This includes all major financial planning cycles, such as annual budget, interim forecasts and roll forward planTranslate audit/control needs to data analytical procedures and continuously improve
• Analyse P&L at business and Product group level. Ensure high forecast accuracy of sales, margins, Fixed Cost, EBITDA and Working Capital
• Ensure Senior management understands key drivers through insightful presentations. Lead detailed variance analysis of Actual results vs Budget and Forecast

• Preparation of group financial statements and reports for filing with regulatory agencies based on application of relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, IND AS etc.)

• Analyzing impacts of new accounting standards, reporting requirements, and regulatory standards on existing and new transactions
• Ensure support to Global Functions business partners sitting in Group Accounting and Controlling

Qualification & Professional Experience:- Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant with 2-3 Years of relevant experience in MNC
