Job Description

Talent Advisor to lead strategic sourcing across diverse functions and level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, sourcing capabilities, analytical thinking, and experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle using ATS tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Lead end-to-end proactive sourcing initiatives, including identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier passive and active talent across industry verticals.

Strategic Talent Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workforce needs, anticipate talent gaps, and design innovative acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Full Lifecycle Recruitment Excellence: Own the recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a superior candidate experience at every stage.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage ATS systems and recruitment analytics to provide actionable insights, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition outcomes.

Process Optimization & Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes are standardized, compliant, and aligned with internal policies while driving innovation and efficiency

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent sourcing skills and ability to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Analytical ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data.
  • Experience with ATS tools (Workday, Zoho Recruit, or similar).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the industry and talent market trends is highly desirable.
  • 69 years experience in sourcing, recruiting, and managing end-to-end hiring process.
