- Notice period
- Reason for a job change (avoid candidates with multiple and short stints/ job hops in employment)
- Sales target numbers (revenue/ GP) and how much achieved for last year 2024, through which Industry (approx. percentage/ value), and how many customers in each sector of target achieved.
- How many total active customers are in his/her list
- How many customer visit does he make weekly/ monthly
