Finance Manager - CA

Position: Finance Manager.
Organisation: Leading non profit.
Experience: 5-10 years.
Qualification: CA.
Location: Bengaluru.
Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.

- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.

- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and financial reviews.

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams.

- Develop team skills and improve departmental efficiency.

- Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

- Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.

- Oversee investments, banking relationships, and funding arrangements.
Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial

operations in Section 8 organizations and FCRA-compliant entities.

- Proven track record in managerial or controller roles, including 2+ years of leading teams of 5 or more.

- Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, or similar platforms, along with advanced Excel skills.
