• Graduates only.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel/travel processes is mandatory.
• Hardcore GDS experience is essential.
• Candidates with CRM experience who route ticketing tasks to a separate ticketing team are NOT eligible.
• Candidates must have personally performed the following tasks:
• Refunds
• Reissues
• Ticket exchanges
• MCO (Miscellaneous Charge Order)
• Ticket cancellations
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

• Maximum Salary: 50,000 CTC
