Role Overview:
The Quality Analyst & Compliance lead will oversee the bank's operational integrity by ensuring that all processes align with internal policies and regulatory mandates. This role involves working closely with cross-functional leadership, internal audit teams, and business units to identify process gaps and implement robust quality control frameworks. By maintaining high standards of compliance, the incumbent plays a critical role in mitigating operational risks, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring the bank remains audit-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive quality assurance frameworks to monitor banking operations and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Lead internal audit initiatives to identify potential compliance breaches and operational inefficiencies across various business lines.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop corrective action plans that address audit findings and improve overall process performance.
- Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable internal policies to ensure the bank remains compliant with statutory obligations.
- Conduct regular quality control assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and suggest improvements to senior management.
- Manage stakeholder relationships by providing clear, data-driven reports on compliance status and quality metrics to facilitate informed decision-making.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end quality assurance and regulatory compliance frameworks within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven ability to lead internal audit processes and navigate complex regulatory environments with a high degree of professional skepticism.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, identify systemic risks, and propose scalable solutions to improve operational quality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive a culture of compliance across the organization.
- A minimum of 10 to 12 years of professional experience in quality control and compliance roles, preferably within a large-scale financial institution.
- A relevant postgraduate degree or professional certification in finance, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment at our Jaipur office, fostering collaboration across teams to achieve organizational goals.
