Role Overview:
As the Regional Business Manager for Refinance Sales in Jaipur, you will spearhead the growth and profitability of the refinance portfolio across the region. This role involves managing a high-performing sales team, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies to meet aggressive regional targets. You will act as a key liaison between the regional sales force and senior leadership, ensuring that portfolio quality remains high while identifying new market opportunities to expand the bank's footprint in the refinance sector.
Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive refinance business growth, ensuring alignment with the bank's regional revenue objectives.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability to achieve consistent monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage the end-to-end portfolio lifecycle, focusing on asset quality, risk mitigation, and the timely resolution of portfolio-related challenges.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying potential market segments and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners.
- Conduct detailed sales planning and performance analysis to optimize resource allocation and improve regional market penetration.
