AU Small Finance Bank - Senior Credit Manager - Enterprises & Financial Institution

:
- Undertake credit assessment of proposals sourced by Origination teams in line with product/process notes, underwriting standards and product programs; evaluate borrower eligibility, repayment capacity and risk appetite fit.

- Perform detailed analysis including assessment of business model, sector/industry, competitive landscape, financials, banking behaviour, cash flows, funding structure, capitalization, cohort analysis, unit economics, burn rate/cash runways and stress scenarios, with strong reliance on Excel-based financial models.
- Interacting with Startups, investors, PE/VC, rating agencies, sector experts, industry bodies etc.
- Conduct primary and secondary due diligence, including on-site customer visits, operational assessment, and interactions with stakeholders like suppliers, vendors and other key counterparties to validate business stability and operating cycle.
- Prepare comprehensive Credit Appraisal Memorandums (CAMs) and field visit reports, clearly articulating key risk factors, mitigants, deviations, and qualitative insights relevant for sanctioning authorities.
- Demonstrate strong risk identification and mitigation capabilities including structuring through security, covenants, limits, tenor and monitoring triggers specific to portfolios.
- Closely monitor assigned loan portfolio, tracking performance, covenant compliance, early warning signals (EWS) and emerging stress, with timely escalation and corrective action to protect asset quality.
