Job Description
- As a Manager - Corporate Finance at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance organization by driving banking and treasury processes, ensuring compliance, and overseeing global reporting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the foundation of the Finance organization to facilitate day-to-day operations
- Continuous improvement of operational efficiency and scalability
- Managing the financial management cycle, including accounting, financial statement preparation, process standardization & compliance, statutory compliances, audit preparation, billing & collection, and other treasury operations
- Developing financial dashboards to provide insights into financial performance
Professional, Technical & Management Skills Expected:
- Demonstrating self-starting abilities and teamwork skills
- Possessing sound financial acumen and analytical capabilities
- Understanding accounting standards and global standards" application
- Familiarity with corporate forex management strategies
- Adopting an outcome-oriented approach and delivering quality results promptly
- Demonstrating persistence, high energy levels, planning, and organizing skills
- Capable of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for optimal decision-making
- Willingness to listen and resolve issues effectively
- Identifying and rectifying inconsistent data and understanding root causes of inconsistencies

Experience Required:

- Professionally qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-8 years of corporate experience, preferably in leading IT companies or big four audit firms
- Good understanding of Indian and International GAAP, especially applicable to software companies
