Job Description
- As a HR Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the Human Resources department. Your duties will include scheduling, maintaining files, and sorting mail. Additionally, you will be required to enter employment data into the computer database and track hourly employee leaves of absence.
You will also play a key role in assisting HR supervisors with the hiring process by submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews. Furthermore, you will be tasked with coordinating logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions.
This position is ideal for individuals with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality is essential. Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is preferred for this role.
