Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate must have 1 to 5 years of experience in the full recruitment cycle and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires a strategic mindset to attract top talent and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Screening & Selection

• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Offer Management & Onboarding

• Negotiate offers, facilitate background verification, and ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
• Assist in providing a seamless onboarding experience to new employees.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain recruitment dashboards and generate reports on hiring metrics and effectiveness.
• Analyse hiring trends and suggest improvements in recruitment strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to optimize recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with external agencies and job portals to expand talent pools.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS, job portals, and recruitment software.
• Language Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
