Job Overview:
The Center Head will be responsible for establishing, managing, and scaling the Global Capability Center (GBS India) as a strategic extension of the organizations global operations.
The role will oversee end-to-end center operations, ensuring successful transition of identified business functions from UAE to India, building a high-performing workforce, establishing operational governance, driving service excellence, and ensuring alignment with global business objectives.

Required Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale operations, shared services, GCCs, BPOs, or global delivery centers.
- Proven experience in establishing or scaling a Global Capability Center / Shared Service Center.
- Experience managing multi-functional teams across operations, technology, finance, and customer service.
- Strong experience in transition management and offshore delivery models.
- Experience working with Middle East - global stakeholders preferred.
