Job Title: Head Sales -Cloud Solutions (Hunting)
Company : A leading Cloud Transformation and MSP.
Job Location : India (based out of Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai or Pune)
Key Responsibilities
- Business Acquisition and GTM Strategy & Execution
- Focus on "greenfield" accounts and competitive win-backs.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a PAN-India team of sales hunters
- Work closely with the AWS Partner Management (PDM) and Sales teams in India.
- Take personal ownership of the segment's revenue targets.
- Position the company's core strengths - Cloud Migrations, Modernisation, Data & Analytics, GenAI, CloudFront etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs and IT heads of target prospects
Expertise required

- 12 years of relevant experience in IT services sales, with at least 6-8 years specifically within the AWS Partner Network (APN) in India.
- Demonstrated success in leading Sales teams and consistently overachieving new-business revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of the India "Scale" market (SMB/Mid-Market) and the unique buying patterns of these organizations.
- Strong grasp of cloud economics, AWS pricing models, and the technical value proposition of AWS vs. competitors.
- Networking of contacts within AWS India.
- Strategic Leadership
Preferred Qualification:
BE/B. Tech + MBA with any AWS certifications like Cloud Practitioner etc.
