Educational Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)
- First attempt pass in Final and Intermediate levels preferred
Industry Preference:
- Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry background preferred
Role Overview:
- Act as a key finance custodian supporting business operations and compliance
- Manage end-to-end financial control, reporting, taxation, and audit activities
- Ensure strong governance, credit control, and ERP-based financial processes
Core Responsibilities:
- Act as custodian of critical finance and statutory documents
- Assist in closure of statutory, internal, and tax audits

- Address audit observations and implement corrective actions
- Prepare, analyze, and present MIS and financial reports
- Ensure timely settlement of customer rebates and claims
- Maintain and manage security deposits of retail customers
- Oversee accounting and reconciliation of retail collections
- Ensure timely submission and settlement of credit insurance claims
- Implement and monitor robust credit control mechanisms
- Ensure adherence to company, business, and functional SOPs
- Support plant finance operations and statutory taxation matters
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Evaluate CapEx feasibility and operational financial impact
- Manage monthly GST filings and related compliance
- Use Oracle ERP for accounting, reporting, and control processes

- Timely closure of audits with minimal observations
- Accurate and timely MIS reporting to management
- Effective credit control and reduction in overdue receivables
