Job Description
- The job offers an excellent environment for an achievement-oriented individual who likes the challenge of creating a responsible, professional, agile, and performance-driven organization. You will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Performing credit appraisal of Institutional Secured & Unsecured files & assessment of risks arising from cash flows, business model, loan structure, and imperfect mortgage documentation.
- Exposure in handling Education Institutions like Schools, Colleges, Coaching centers etc though not mandatory but would be an added advantage.
- Conducting Personal Discussion with borrowing entities and visit institutions as well as collateral for scrutiny of books and other data points for credit & cash flow assessment.
- Ensure the quality of the portfolio (Evaluation of Risk, selection of customers, business cash flows, ratio analysis, Legal & Technical Analysis, Industry and Competition Analysis, etc).
- Timely sanction & Disbursement of files
- Monitor & Report (MIS) on Case status, Credit risk performance, and portfolio trends.
- Review Quarterly & recommend on the requirement of policy changes as per the owned geographical location.
- Do sample field visits for Loan Review and identify early warnings and frauds.
- Complete ownership of Location/State credit portfolio.
- Comply with internal policies related to the Credit unit.
- Managing Credit Audit queries
- Interaction with Operations Team and the outsourced vendor for a complete understanding of Legal and Technical assessment of properties.
- Manage stakeholders such as Sales & Operations team members & keep them engaged/ motivated
- Credit Policy training to Sales & Ops for the department
- Prospect of becoming a team role in the future.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of experience in credit function in NBFCs/Banks/FIs having know-how of cash flow assessment, legal, and technical aspects.

- Good analytical and credit report writing skills.
- High achievement orientation with a conviction and confidence to lead the change agenda of the organization even in an ambiguous environment.
- Teamwork: A strong team player willing to give to the team for delivering top performance through the team. Willing to invest in the people in the team as well as in peers.
- Communication: Able to effectively communicate with the senior credit as well as branch teams.
- Strong ability to convince/influence the peers in driving quality outcomes for the Company.
- Prepared to travel as per job requirement
