Senior Manager

Job Objective:

To lead production operation, and management that the Plant production & QMS is in place and is capable of meeting Avaada Plants manufacturing Requirements Consistently.

:

1. Perform the production Operations as per the following Avaada Policies and Procedures:

a. Responsibility: - overall responsibility for Line production Process and floor Quality, SAP, and reports. Facilitate the Technical training for production manpower.

b. Enhancement in manufacturing team capabilities through training, recruitment & plant visit.

c. Contribute to drive organizational performance resulting in stable production processes and sustainable product Quality.

d. Assure that all SOPs are implemented and in conformance to Companys Quality Management system.

e. Assure Safety systems compliance with legislation for Environment and Health.

2. Operational Process: -

a. Equipment Resourcing:

Support in discussion in Technology, Team members for planning, sourcing & procurement equipment as per product requirements.

b. Days Planning:

Review the meeting points.

Review A Day in life meeting points.

c. Plant Production Management System:

Contribute to customer satisfaction by safeguarding customer requirements and verifying product quality, certification & testing, and proper documentations.

Contribute to create a Do it right the first time every time attitude throughout the organization.

Assure strict compliance to Environment & Safety audits, Product audits, and ISO audits.

3. Production Daily Performance Review, Improvement, and Weekly Reporting

a. Follow up CAPA & established the process.

b. Weekly & Monthly technical training to all operators & technicians

Work Experience:

Experience:10 years.

Qualification & Certification Required:

• B.Tech / Diploma in mechanical/electrical/electronics .
• Awareness of QMS, IMS, ISO 9000, standard.
• Subject specific technical knowledge.

Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform:

• Knowledge & ability of Manpower Management, Problem solving, Leadership, Good Communication & Technical skill.
• Interactive Skills, Presentation Skills, Teamwork, document Preparation, System Audit, MS Office Proficient Word, Power Point, Excel, SAP, Minitab etc.

a. Near miss capturing, Unsafe act and unsafe condition identification & safety improvements.

a. Production Operators Certified within 7 days of joining.

3. Quality System

a. QMS/IMS Audit-No of major non-conformance observed.

4. Production yield

a. Yield Improvement %

5. Reduction in BOS

a. Rejection %

6. Team Building (Adherence to SOP and Work Instruction)

a. No non-conformance in audit (External and internal) through proper training and deployment plan.
